The combination of old-growth forest, open paddocks, the vintage red barn and the property's genuinely rustic feel creates a backdrop that is hard to replicate anywhere else on the coast.

Getting ready on or near the property sets the tone for the day. The ceremony, whether under the trees or in the paddock, is always one of my favourite parts, the natural setting creates an intimacy that formal venues struggle to match.
Portraits at The Woods Farm take us through the paddocks, into the forest edge, along the fencelines, wherever the light is doing something interesting. The reception in the red barn is warm, layered and full of the kind of real moments I love to document.
